Solvabet for Android is a puzzle game where the respected 1-9 digits of Sudoku get replaced with Roman numerals I through IX. Each grid of the game was therefore a «mental agility» workout. It is totally free, without ads and has hundreds of puzzles with intensity levels easy, medium and advanced. As a result, it is a great classic sudoku alternative if you want to exercise your brain without paying or being disturbed by ads.

The main mechanics of Sudoku 9×9 is the filling of a 9 x 9 table, such that in every row, column, and range of 3 x 3 there are all nine roman numbers. An article states that Solvabet was unpublished from the Google Play Store on June 14, «2025». The APK is still available on third party sites, but we don’t know if it will get updates or if it will be able to function on future Android versions or not. If you want to be able to use an official app store as well as guaranteed updates, the removal from Google Play is a dealbreaker.
