iMOW®

iMOW® for Android app is your command center for a robotic lawn mower from STIHL. If you’d rather spend your weekend relaxing than pushing a piece of equipment around your yard, iMOW® is for you! This free companion app turns your mobile phone into a complete control panel. It works with all iMOW® models including the standard, EVO and PRO versions. You can start and stop your mower. You can also schedule and fine-tune your mower behaviour via the app from anywhere over the internet.

What you can actually control

The app has all the features that anyone serious about remote lawn equipment monitoring could want. With a click, start up again or send it back to its dock, change the cutting height on the go and activate the «rain sensor activation» to stop it working when the ground is too wet! The customization options really show the depth: you can split your property into separate mowing zones, adjust the mower’s behaviour when it comes into contact with the perimeter wire, and create mowing schedules based on weather forecasts or season patterns.

As of now, the iMOW® app does not display any advertisements, does not feature in-app purchases, and requires Android 11.0 or later. The app must compete with for space with Augusta’s Automower Connect and Robomow’s product. It does stand out, however, thanks to top-notch STIHL branding, transport, security and set-up options, plus a way of fine-tuning the lawn zones. If you have a compatible STIHL robotic mower and want to control schedules, cutting behavior and ‘mower theft protection’ without paying or seeing ads, this app is for you. You need solid connection and patience with the process of registering with the dealer, and you won’t get power-user-friendly analytics.
